Inspired by the iconic Grounds of Alexandria, our studio had creative carte blanche on this project.

Our studio loved the panoramic views in and around the development from the curved facades that allows the landscape to flow into the architecture.

Creative settings and themes for the open areas within the development were a wonderful opportunity to think outside the box and curate a true sense of fantasy.

Following the the unique open public areas, the amenities of The Markets hit the mark in terms of beauty and adventure, with a covered rooftop pool area.

Services such as dog parlors and valet services are not common place in modern development, but absolutely fit the mould when speaking of a project as wild and wonderful as The Markets.
