Nestled in the heart of Broadbeach, this building offers unparalleled views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. The strategic design ensures that every window and balcony offers an unobstructed vista of the natural beauty beyond.

When approaching the building from street level, the graceful and delicate characteristics of the building become immediately apparent. The highly populated neighborhood embraces and accommodates the building’s slender shape, allowing the structure to seamlessly blend in. Beyond the stunning vistas of the rolling hills and crashing waves of the sea, the communal garden intricately links the various facilities on the lower levels. It is crucial to emphasize the connections between these essential spaces and how they draw the user in toward one another.

The development’s podium cleverly connects an array of luxury amenities, including a residents’ library, a tranquil outdoor pool area, and secluded pergolas, as well as a gym. The entire space has been thoughtfully designed to create a cohesive atmosphere that is enhanced by the stunningly crafted landscape. This delicate balance between form and function pays tribute to the breathtaking natural surroundings, resulting in a harmonious retreat that beckons residents to relax and rejuvenate.

The curtain wall generated by the glass from the floor to the ceiling produces a stunning effect that boosts the visual appeal of each space by enlarging and increasing its light source. Moreover, it plays a significant role in the building’s magnificent vertical lines that reflect a sleek, sophisticated appearance, creating an impressive and graceful development.

Highlighting the exquisite craftsmanship and opulent amenities present in each residence, the design emphasizes the radiant glow of natural light permeating every inch of the space. Additionally, the sleek glass exterior captures the dynamic tones of Queensland’s ever-changing skyline, offering a picturesque backdrop to these luxurious homes.

Our studio loved the panoramic views in and around the development from the curved facades that allows the landscape to flow into the architecture.

Creative settings and themes for the open areas within the development were a wonderful opportunity to think outside the box and curate a true sense of fantasy.

Following the the unique open public areas, the amenities of The Markets hit the mark in terms of beauty and adventure, with a covered rooftop pool area.

Services such as dog parlors and valet services are not common place in modern development, but absolutely fit the mould when speaking of a project as wild and wonderful as The Markets.

The extended double volume canopy from the ground floor demands attention and invites exploration of the dynamic development. This seamless integration of restaurants onto the bustling street imbues the area with energy, seamlessly flowing into the lobby and connecting tenants. Bonner House is a stunning example of form and function in perfect harmony.

Crafted with a skilled eye for detail, the sleek design of Bonner House captures the essence of opulence and refinement, effortlessly enhancing the Canberra skyline. The façade, created from faceted glass panes, reflect the vibrant hues of the surrounding landscape, adding a touch of artistry to the urban atmosphere. Unquestionably, Bonner House’s exceptional finishes set it apart from its contemporaries, proving its status as one of Woden’s most coveted properties.

Working with precision and attention to detail to capture the essence of the building’s character, a balance of overall renders as well as vignettes were produced, showcasing intricate details and allowing them to come to life, while still maintaining the overall aesthetic of the structure and communicating the world class amenities.

The DC3 team enjoyed a range of different visuals from exterior hero’s, landscaped superman to internal luxurious penthouse views. Each area offered different technical challenges but supplied our studio with great pride in the execution of the final product.

One of our favourite visuals was shot from balcony surrounded by the lush green podium gardens that offers birds eye views of lake burley griffin that you don’t get from many developments throughout the city.

There were many favourite views so difficult to pick one, but something that stuck out for us on plan was the exterior facades that offered our studio a range of options on angles that delivered a product which stood out and was different in the market.
